CNES HQ from 1982 to 1998, as head of the International Affairs division, deputy director for Strategy & European Cooperation. Space attaché at the FR Permanent Representation in Brussels (EU) from 1999 to 2003. Space senior counsellor at Ministry of Defence (DAS) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (CAp, policy planning Staff) in Paris.
