The Académie de l’Air et de l’Espace is honored to announce that Mrs. Anne-Marie Mainguy, former President of the Académie and senior advisor to the Chairman and CEO of a public aerospace research establishment, has been elevated to the rank of Commander of the National Order of the Legion of Honor by the Ministry of the Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs.
Having already been named an Officer on November 24, 2011, this award recognizes her exceptional commitment and remarkable career in the service of aeronautics and space.
