Report on the conference « Management of large-scale projects – lessons learned »
Organised jointly by the Air and Space Academy and French Academy of Technologies, this conference was held on December 11 and 12, 2018 in the large amphitheater of the DGAC in Paris. Nearly 150 people attended and heard about twenty presentations from top-level managers of various major projects in fields such as aeronautics and space, energy, infrastructures, software or transport.
