Guy André Boy honoured
The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) has just appointed “Fellow” Professor Guy André Boy, Former Chief Scientist at NASA KSC – Dean at FIT and full member of the Academy. This appointment recognizes him as an outstanding contributor to his contributions to the art and practice of systems engineering in industry, state bodies or academia.
