Manager for development of cryogenic technology. 1972: ELDO, project engineer, responsible of cryogenic structures. 1973-82: member of Ariane development project team. Successfully developed the cryogenic tanks for the first stage of Ariane I launch vehicle. 1982-1999: Arianespace, senior vice-president. Developed commercial activities, including commercial policies, customer relations and service. Participated in creation and member of the board of STARSEM. Chairman and CEO of Arianespace inc. Opened Tokyo and Singapour office. Actually consultant and professor at the Berlin Technical University, Institute for space and aeronautics.
