The greening of aviation is often talked about by manufacturers and airlines, but less so by hospitality structures, which also have serious challenges to face. These include the airport’s technical resources, the preparation of refuelling with new fuels, some of which are difficult to transfer, and the fair scheduling of flights during the day. What new rules exist? How to apply them? What investments are needed?
