He currently serves as President and CEO of INCAS – Nat. Inst. for Aerospace Research "Elie Carafoli" 2007–2023. Past commitments: President of EREA(2018-2019), President of STAI(2017-2019), Bord Member of ESRE(2019-2024), President of EU Future Sky(2019-2021), Vice-President of JTI Clean Sky (2011-2013), Member of ACARE Plenary(2006-2024). He acted as national expert in EU since 2006, Member of the Board of ROSA - Romanian Space Agency(2008-2016) and Member of CCCDI – Romanian Advisory Council for R&I(2013-2023).
