The annals of the Air and Space Academy give an overview of the highlights of the previous year. During the years 2008, 2009 and 2010, the Academy continued its efforts to achieve its two strategic objectives: a broadening of its European dimension and a reinforcement of its Toulouse roots. It was a fertile period in major events: conferences, forums, the launching of the Toulouse Encounters, lectures, etc.

This volume 1 gives an account of the reflections and actions, the work of our sections and commissions, events organised, prizes and medals, and gives information on the general organisation of the Academy.

Volume 2 provides the texts of papers presented in public sessions, acceptance speeches and tributes to our deceased members.
