Conference presented by Pierre Casenove, project manager for French Euclid contributions, CNES
Launched in July 2023, the European space telescope Euclid began probing the Universe in February 2024 for a nominal 6-year mission on board. The first images released in November 2023 and May 2024 demonstrated the telescope’s exceptional capabilities.
Following the first publication of data in Mars 2025, the conference will look back over the first two years of the mission through the difficulties encountered and the successes achieved, before presenting the first scientific results obtained and the program’s next milestones.
Free admission (subject to availability).
