Deforestation, urbanization, drainage and cultivation of wet grasslands, melting glaciers, advances in deserts… are all changes that are happening all over the world. In the context of climate change, monitoring these landscape dynamics is an important challenge in terms of the preservation of natural resources and biodiversity. Intra- and interannual landscape dynamics can be observed using the Sentinel-1 and 2 satellite time series. The contribution of this data will be illustrated by several examples of application in natural and agricultural landscapes.

The conference will be held by video conference.
