After the success of the first symposium held at the Air Museum in Le Bourget in January 2024: “The transport of tomorrow, which engineers for such ambitions?”, the organizers are very pleased to invite you to a second edition:

AGILE KNOWLEDGE TRANSMISSION: WHAT METHODS FOR SUCH AN AMBITION?

We look forward to seeing you at the Air and Space Museum in Le Bourget on February 6, 2025. (Event in French language only) Save this date on your calendar and let your friends and colleagues know: students, teachers, researchers, industrialists, HR, etc. They are all concerned, regardless of the sector of their industry.

This event will thus constitute: “The 2nd KETT symposium at Le Bourget”

It will allow us to continue to deal with multiple themes around “Knowledge, Expertise, Training and Transmission”, subjects that are essential for the future of our industries and the involvement of the younger generations arriving in their professional lives.

Many questions will be addressed: what should be kept (successes and failures)? What media should be used (man and/or machine)? What will be the effects of AI? How can we dialogue between generations? How can we optimize exchanges between engineers, technicians and journeymen? … not to mention the initial training which constitutes the first transmission of knowledge; Is it agile?

Moments of exchange will allow the expression of the points of view of the representatives of the various generations, of the multiple functions involved in this chain of transmission and for various industries.
