Organized in partnership by the Air and Space Academy, ENAC, ISAE-SUPAERO, ENAC Alumni and ISAE-SUPAERO-ENSICA Alumni, this conference (in French) on the theme of the future of aviation was held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in the Grand Auditorium at the José Cabanis Media Library in Toulouse.
Following the international symposium organized by the Air and Space Academy in March 2021 on “Air transport in crisis and climate challenge”, and following the dissemination of the This event aims to present the analyses of each of the organizations in order to develop informed opinions on the following questions: What CO2 and non-CO2 effects of aviation on the climate? Correlation between air traffic growth and climate impact? The various technological or operational avenues for improvement, their feasibility, acceptability and possible horizons The necessary political strategies at national and international level (bearing in mind that a trade-off is necessary between the level of traffic and the share of the global carbon budget allocated to the aviation sector).
